MixMonitor currently uses the Connected Line for the metadata's Caller ID, which is not always correct. In fact in most general cases the Caller ID is the Caller ID, not the Connected Line.

To fix this, an option is added to use the real Caller ID for Caller ID instead of Connected Line, thus preserving how it works now.
