When trying to install the asterisk for the first time on a machine, some packages might be missing. I tried to install them manually because I did not know about the install_prereq script which was a bit tedious. Would it make sense to also add a note about the script in the readme for folks that are installing just via the readme?

If it's fine I can also contribute this patch.
