LibPRI can not be built on MacOS for Linux target using GCC toolchain due to LibPRI Makefile hardcodes 'ar' and 'ranlib' tools that are not compatible with the objects create by GCC toolchain for Linux target

This ticket is created to get ticket number (for git branch name). I will send a patch to fix this issue in a short time
