Documentation for special system and channel built-in vars (typically R/O) is outdated on the wiki: https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+standard+channel+variables

Additionally, updating it is a manual process, which means it can get out of date and can't be auto-generated.

This documents the built-in special variables using xmldocs to make it easier for users to find this information.
