It's 18.9.0. It's not 100% clean, as there hasn't been an 18.10 yet so I have some unreleased patches included and some other modules that I haven't submitted for review, but nothing that seems immediately relevant off-hand. Most of those in question are dialplan apps, and given this happens randomly when the system has been idle for a long time, it can't have anything to do with something like a dialplan app. It's something in the core itself.

No old modules are being loaded. My install script automatically does rm -f /usr/lib/asterisk/modules/* whenever a new version is installed.

I'm happy to recompile with MALLOC_DEBUG if needed, though this is a prod system so not sure how much additional load that will add...
