The default greetings in the Voicemail application assume that they will be followed by instructions. However most custom recorded greetings assume that they will not be followed by instructions. For this reason, it would be very useful if Application_VoiceMail could suppress the instructions (as per the 's' option) but only if a custom greeting is present.

seanbright has offered to create a patch for this feature request.
