I believe this issue has to do with our usage of TCP for endpoints.

Out of 500+ customer systems, the only one that appears to be completely stable without a leak issue has all of their devices using UDP. I'm putting together a spreadsheet comparing various customers and their various dial plan features, and that's what pokes out the most so far.

Call volume appears to have nothing to do with it, in addition to BLFs (SUBSCRIBE and NOTIFY). 

Is there additional direction you can give me for diagnosing TCP?

EDIT: Never mind, came across 3 systems with 80+ extensions using less than 200MB of memory, all on TCP. This is absolutely stumping me, but there may be a correlation with the quantity of BLF subscriptions. I will add that to my spreadsheet.
