1. Add implementation to connect to, and read and write protocol based messages from and to an external application.
2. Implement existing speech API callbacks for speech to text
3. Connect to configured external translator service and provide audio for STT
4. Receive result from external translator and make available as speech result
5. Add local unit test for speech to text
