Declare 2 transports on 2 different UDP ports in pjsip.conf.
Send an erroneous NOTIFY request on the second transport.
PJSIP tries to reply with an error 400, but the response is not actually sent over the network, although it is displayed in the logs.

Please find attached the pjsip.conf file and a SIPp scenario with an erroneous NOTIFY (missing Contact header).

The issue does not appear when Asterisk and SIPp communicate on the loopback interface: SIPp must be launched on a separate machine to reproduce the issue.
