I am running asterisk 1.8 on CentOS 5.11. I want to use curl function in extensions.conf to get API. 

Getting following error on execution.
ERROR : [4223] pbx.c:3892 ast_func_read: Function CURL not registered.

Getting 'No function by that name registered' when type 'core show function CURL' at CLI
