When Playing a sound file with ARI Play, if the file is not on a correct format or the file if not available Asterisk returns an error.

ARI PlaybackFinish event has a state field with is always set to "done".
With this patch we create a new state "error" that is sent when Asterisk was not able to play that sound file.

This is useful when your external application needs to know if the sound was played or not.
