ERROR MESSAGE:
[Jan 21 03:51:02] ERROR[148846]: pjproject: <?>:           sip_transport.c Error processing 113 bytes packet from UDP 209.244.0.4:53 : PJSIP syntax error exception when parsing 'Request Line' header on line 1 col 2:"

the IP address above is a name server, why is PJSIP directly talking to  name server? The machine has is its own caching name server and "nslookup" reads data from 127.0.0.1:53. 
If PJSIP is directly doing name resolution, how do I force ut to go via the local server and not off to the Internet?
