So yeah, of course I can just iterate through those all, but it just seems that a single document for LTS->LTS upgrades would be useful and convenient.

Oh right.  I was just looking at the yellow rows in https://wiki.asterisk.org/wiki/display/AST/Asterisk+Versions.
