Since Asterisk 1.6.0, thanks to commit [f04d5fb|https://github.com/asterisk/asterisk/commit/f04d5fb83dd36e600e1e257568ea3ca53154315e], sessions without audio are supported, for example text+video. However, when a peer is dialed and if its \[peer\] section in the configuration file {{sip.conf}} does not allow any audio format, the SIP channel driver chan_sip returns with
bq. No audio format found to offer. Cancelling call to …

regardless whether the original call contained audio or not. The attached patch resolves this.
