N A updated ASTERISK-29575:
---------------------------

Description: The Milliwatt() application is not currently a real milliwatt test, because it simply plays 1004 Hz. This patch fixes this by incorporating the proper silence intervals so that Milliwatt() conforms to the milliwatt test line specifications. This is done through an additional option. The existing default is retained for compatibility reasons, so the new option will need to be provided to force the correct behavior.
