This adds support for American Morse code to the Morsecode application, which currently only supports International Morse, which was not used for wireline telegraphy in the United States. Additionally, an additional option is used to set the frequency used in off intervals.

Additionally, there are a few bug fixes to address issues with hangup release and accessing out of bounds array indices.
