What phone are you using? The User Agent is {{HIN-C12/1.1.209 (belle-sip/1.6.1)}} but Google isn't helping me find it.

> T.140 is working perfectly between two Real-Time Text enabled phones. When I turn on Red, both phones start getting text instantly, not initiated by either phone. On one phone, the character a along with anoter is repeated constantly. On the other phone, the character j along with another is repeated constantly. If I try sending text between the phones, the T.140 makes it through, but the a and j characters still come across as well.
