At timestamp [Apr 15 09:20:24] you will see mwi is set to no for endpoint 175-eng5:

Messages-Waiting: no
Voice-Message: 0/0 (0/0)

Then at timestamp [Apr 15 09:20:57] I leave a new message for endpoint 175-eng5 and it sent NOTIFY with mwi yes showing 25 new messages:

Messages-Waiting: yes
Voice-Message: 25/0 (0/0)

> I am using realtime PJSIP and realtime voicemail.  If you restart asterisk all the endpoints report that they do not have any messages waiting even though there are new messages in the INBOX.  Only time I am able to get the MWI if I leave a new message in their mailbox.
