RFC8760 adds SHA256 and SHA512 as digest algorithms to the existing MD5 algorithm.  Although Asterisk currently doesn't support the new algorithms, we need to create a testsuite test that presents Asterisk with multiple challenges and make sure it can still authenticate with MD5.
