We need to resolve the issue in IVRS dial plan. The problem is that, 
when a user dials an IVRS number, the system reads the main menu. Once the announcing of the numbers starts, it doesn't stop before completing the whole option even if the user is registering the input. 
Expectation:
System should go to the next step as soon as it receive input from the user without delay.
