Looking at things deeper this was actually fixed by PJSIP in the latest version, 2.10. We are currently working to update Asterisk bundled to this new version after which this will be resolved. I'd suggest following ASTERISK-28899 to see when that change is complete, and then to follow it for when the next releases are made including it.
