Benjamin Keith Ford commented on ASTERISK-28990:
------------------------------------------------

We require additional debug to continue with triage of your issue. Please follow the instructions on the wiki [1] for how to collect debugging information from Asterisk. For expediency, where possible, attach the debug with a '.txt' file extension so that the debug will be usable for further analysis.

Thanks!

If the steps taken to reproduce the problem always cause this behavior, and you know what they are, can you provide that information as well?

> There is an issue related to hold device state to get updated for PJSIP.
> I can see hold and musiconhold events in "core set debug 9" . It is happening for PJSIP only.
> Core show hints and queue show do not get update from the "in use" to "hold".
