         Environment: Trying to integrate PHPAgi module to make calls for my Asterisk server. But not getting a proper way to make one please Suggest

I have already downloaded phpAgi module shared by Matthew Asham on sourceforge. But I'm not getting a way to integrate in proper way as I may be missing some pointer in the documentation. Please suggest me away to integrate it.
