So looks like I may have some sort of codec  frame issue along the way   but Not sure if that would be the source.  
Next time I'm in front of it I'll so a show peers  but i'm sure when I've done this in the past Its shown them with current registraton times  not offline     But for sure the endpoints were unhappy.
