vmctel22*CLI> module reload res_phoneprov.so  
Module 'res_phoneprov.so' reloaded successfully.

from users.conf   (note I'm realtime so its in a database table I pulled out the fields and it should look like this.    Keep in mind this worked up to 16.6.2  it only stopped when I updated to 16.7.0
