In one of my integration tests I have not installed default Asterisk sounds, I was experiencing a in the test of DTMF {{#}} because {{Record(FILENAME)}}  was exiting with an error causing Asterisk to hangup the channel instead of running my confirmation menu.

This is due to {{beep}} audio not existing.  Since Asterisk logs a warning for this I feel it should be non-fatal for the call.
