http://downloads.asterisk.org/pub/telephony/dahdi-linux-complete/dahdi-linux-complete-current.tar.gz is s symbolic link to dahdi-linux-complete-3.1.0+3.1.0.tar.gz and the sha1sum has not changed.
"Is it really a virus?"
No it is open source software drivers for telephony interface cards.
"Is it a false positive?"
Most likely.
