    Description: 
The fix for ASTERISK-28738 causes 'recvonly' after 'sendrec' to unhold call.

Working:

--> sendonly
<-- recvonly
--> sendrecv
<-- sendrecv

Not Working:

--> sendonly
<-- recvonly
--> sendrecv
<-- recvonly

Removing the patch for ASTERISK-28738 resolves the issue.

This is testing with 'moh_passthrough: false', therefore the hold should not be passed any further than the Asterisk instance.
