Do you still have the core file available? If so, and you agree to the disclaimer below, can run the {{ast_coredumper}} script against it again, and include the core file and support libs as well? For instance:

$ /var/lib/asterisk/scripts/ast_coredumper --tarball-coredumps --no-default-search <path_to_coredump>

Once done please email the *.tar.gz file to asteriskteam at digium.com with a subject of ASTERISK-29168, or host it on a shared site we can pull it down from.
