nappsoft commented on ASTERISK-29022:
-------------------------------------

could in fact still have had to do with the issue in ASTERISK-29024 as asterisk still crashed during the rewrite_uri operation. (However this (repeatedly) only happened with your patch applied, but as this already possibly changed the memory layout and sequence of events enough to make a race condition appear or vanish this might not have had to do with your patch). Have changed the patch for ASTERISK-29024 again slightly and am testing again now with your patch applied at the same time (this time all the time in gdb). Will let you know if something strange happens again or not.

> Asterisk crashes in pjsip_inv_add_ref() and pjsip_inv_dec_ref(). Core files sent to the Asterisk Team e-mail address.
> It's happened twice in as many days. Planning to roll back to an older known-good version (cfaf8dfc4d95a2123b682f540cd1801de7177171) so I won't be able to test any patches.
