No problem, and glad you were able to get it working.

--I'm going to leave this open for the moment as-- I've created another [patch|https://gerrit.asterisk.org/c/asterisk/+/14809] against this issue that will make it so a warning is now emitted, and the PJSIP_SEND_SESSION_REFRESH dialplan function will return unsuccessful if an attempt is made to use it prior to a channel being "answered".
