> For reliable PDD measurement it is needed to record in some channel variables the exact times of first RING and/or PROGRESS signal. For that I propose a patch adding:
> - RINGTIME channel variable
> - PROGRESSTIME channel variable
> - RINGTIME_MS, PROGRESSTIME_MS, DIALEDTIME_MS, ANSWEREDTIME_MS millisecond-resolution respective variables
