This came up as part of a PBXact suport ticket. German language sound files in current Distro is missing files from the digits folder that are used in app-voicemail for channel language de_DE including:

digits/1F
digits/9-and

I note that the German language sound files available from asterisksounds.org includes the above as well as

digits/1-and
digits/1N

I don't know if the two sets of files are maintained separately or not, I'm not a German speaker.
