-------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
A CLI command already exists under developer mode for doing this. It's not available for use all of the time because it is not safe to delete bridges outside of their owner (in this case ARI). It can cause crashes or problems with the owner.

> Security Level: None

> Affects Versions: 16.2.1
> Reporter: Matthias Urlichs
> Severity: Minor
>
> A hard-crashed ARI program may leave some dead bridges lying around.
> There is a "bridge" command but it does not have a subcommand to delete a bridge. The only way to fix this seems to be to write another ARI program which enumerates all bridges and deletes those it determines are unused, which is somewhat suboptimal.
> Proposed solution: add a "bridge remove UUID" command.
