While reading the IVR System webpage I came across a typo. I've included the webpage URL below:

It says:
The savings potential gives IVR solutions a very rapid return on investment (ROI), as on server can potentially eliminate multiple live agents.

Should say:
The savings potential gives IVR solutions a very rapid return on investment (ROI), as one server can potentially eliminate multiple live agents.
