Asterisk 16 can now support DUNDi binding to an IPv4 or IPv6 address.

There is a use case that it would be useful for DUNDi to be able to be bound to an IPv4 address and an IPv6 address at the same time. This would allow a DUNDi module that has been bound to both addresses to peer to IPv4 DUNDi peers and IPv6 DUNDi peers at the same time.
