Currently, the "bridge destroy <bridge id>" id blocked by "AST_DEVMODE" define.

To enable the "AST_DEVMODE", it required "--enable-dev-mode" configuration option.

But bridge destroy command does not need AST_DEVMODE feature. And it's very important command to managing the bridges.

So, this should be enabled as a default.
