> The Jenkins jobs are currently set to ignore changes where only the commit message has changed but Gerrit removes the +1 Verified flag.  We need to either fix the jobs to not ignore those changes or add logic to the jobs to detect that it's only a commit message change and immediately reverify it without running the unit tests.,
