I would like to say how impressed I am with the speed and effectiveness of responses to this issue.  I have been using Asterisk for my own personal use for the last 8 years or so and this is the first time I've had the need to submit an issue so I am very grateful that you took it seriously and dealt with it directly.

> OpenSuse Leap 15 version of libjansson-devel is 2.9 and therefore you have to use --with-jansson-bundled.  The bundled package compiles OK but places the resultant library in third-party/dest/lib64.  When you come to 'make' asterisk the linker fails because it only looks in third-pary/dest/lib.  Copying (or linking) lib64 to lib allows the make to complete
