I have attached the configuration consisting of:-

* Dialplan. Part of the dialplan uses AGI which sets conference variables. I have also included an 'agi debug' of these variables being set so they can be set manually in order to help reproduce.

* confbridge bridge and user configuration which is defined in the dialplan.
