Both endpoints in asterisk are configured with “auto_info” dtmf_mode in pjsip.conf

Hello,

We have experiencing an issue while we configure endpoint's dtmf_mode="auto_info". If this mode fallback to info, then asterisk produce inband dtmf tone along with info message.

It seems, the fix is trivial. Attached a patch, please correct us, if there any side effect of this change.
