> Topic names haven't really been much of a problem in the past - and we didn't have any kind of real format scheme. Now that we have statistics this has made it clear how silly some are and that we have duplicates. We should change topic names to be in the form "<purpose>:<identifier>" so they can be unique and indicate what they are used for.
