Hi...I m configuring a soft phone on Asteriks ..All been set with sip protocol...but multiple calls landing on my soft phone in queue...I want the caller to get a busy tone of the soft phone is in use with another call instead of waiting on queue..where is the configuration i had to change to achieve this...? Pls advice.
