Actually my bad...   the assert isn't dependent on dev-mode and the crash is actually happening when we're trying to generate a stack trace.

It's possible that there is some sort of corruption going on when that refcount issue is triggered too often but it's hard to tell .

We have fixed the underlying cause of the excessive refcounts but it just hasn't made it into a release yet.   -Changing to pjsip won't help as the issue is in the stasis/ari code.-

In the mean time, since this just started happening, take a look at the system memory utilization.
