This is not a software bug report but I am following the instructions on this page literally: https://www.asterisk.org/contact

... which points here.  Therefore please ignore the forced choices above about which components of Asterisk I'm having trouble with.  The account I have just created on asterisk.org is not usable since I get a Crowd error, an inconsitency between a "local" and a crowd account.  I have a screenshot of the problem.  For some reason I can log into Jira with the same credentials that aren't working on asterisk.org/user/login .

Please let me know how I can send you the screenshot and/or where asterisk.org login problems can be submitted, if not here.  thanks, Robert Phair (rphair at cosd.com)
