> Right now there is no ability to "destroy" a topic explicitly. It only happens as a result of all the subscribers unsubscribing and going away. This issue is for auditing to see if there are cases where topics are sticking around even when their owner/publisher has long since gone away. Channel is a good example of this.
> Additionally see if it is viable to add the ability to explicitly destroy a topic. This should result in all the subscribers being unsubscribed and going away, ultimately freeing the topics memory.
