[~coreyfarrell] Both Kevin, myself, and George I think rolled back to even earlier versions of Asterisk that don't use 2.8 and also saw this failing.

> For some reason the tests/channels/SIP/sip_blind_transfer tests are failing consistently. They all throw 30 second reactor timeouts. Not just jenkins either. Also happens when I run them locally. Seems to have started a few weeks back.
