> chan_sip's behaviour was to always put the caller-id into the username part of the contact.  However there is currently no way to replicate this behaviour in chan_pjsip. 
> This patch adds a global flag in chan_pjsip use_callerid_contact will cause chan_pjsip to use CALLERID(num) as the contact_user by default instead of default_from_user (which defaults to the value "asterisk")  This flag is disabled by default to avoid impact to existing users.  Also the behaviour can still be overridden by the contact_user in the endpoint configuration
