The distributed tar.gz for the 3.0.0 release of dahdi-tools is missing a configure script.

The README indicates that 'autoreconf -i' is only required if you cloned from git, indicating that with the tar.gz download, you should have something ready to build, and indeed this is the case with earlier releases.

Note: As described here, the version is 3.0.0, unfortunately the affected versions list does not go up to 3.0.0
