I'm not entirely sure.

Do you have, or can you get, any more info that might shed some more light on this issue, or might help us to replicate the problem? For instance a full debug log with sip trace and/or a description of what's happening on the system at the time?

Also can you attach an entire backtrace? If lucky it might show another thread acting up.
